try all of the above actually. seems to be working for me.
been doing most of that, over the last two days. hehehe. i don't know what else to do really...and no longer have the money to go out and drink and all...dancing, thinking, weeping, writing...all happening. screaming and fighting...not really my thing.hehehe. sleeping - not really happening..but coping, you guys! worry not! :)
